Our condensers can be manufactured in a wide range of materials to suit the operating environment and cooling water conditions. Tube materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and nickel alloys, titanium and duplex stainless steel. Tube sheets can be supplied in either solid or clad construction, depending on the quality and nature of the cooling water.
To improve site efficiency and maintain consistent fabrication quality, components can be mounted or prefabricated in our workshop on common or separate steel base frames. This modular approach reduces on-site work, improves installation accuracy and supports faster, more controlled project delivery.
