Vacuum Jacketed Pipes

Vacuum jacketed pipes are designed for the safe and efficient transfer of cryogenic liquids from one location to another. These pipes feature a double-walled construction with multi-layer insulation and are available in both rigid and flexible configurations. The design incorporates an inner pipe and an outer pipe, with super-insulation material positioned between them. A vacuum is maintained in the annular space to minimise heat ingress, reduce product loss and preserve the integrity of the cryogenic medium during transfer.

The inner pipe carries the cryogenic liquid, ensuring dependable, thermally efficient transport across the required distance.
